Some locals have complained that downtown Bellevue lacks new, luxury hotel rooms. A new Kimpton-branded hotel (which is a part of the IHG group which includes Holiday Inn and the high-end Intercontinental brands) is scheduled to open in 2019. The new project will also include up to 270 managed rental apartments. Nice!
