We’ve seen a couple of articles lately that have mentioned a “cool down” in the market. This recent one from Komo News talks about how some local agents feel like our current market is not as cutthroat as this past spring; we’d tend to agree with this statement. However, prices are still higher than this past spring’s and while 15+ offers on a Ballard house may not be as common now, buyer competition is still high. “Cool down” is definitely relative!
