The Times just dubbed us, tongue-in-cheek, the Northernmost suburb of San Francisco. While we may share many similarities with the Bay Area, our average home price is 1/2 of San Francisco’s. This is an interesting article, though, as it highlights many of the fascinating housing stories in our area that have been published by the Times so far this summer.
