Keeping it simple, you’ll take the following steps during the home buying process:

        Get an idea of how much you can afford to spend, what you want to buy, and where

        Work with me to find the right property 

        Make an offer on that property and get it accepted by the seller

        Work with the lender/inspector to move towards completing the deal

        Close on your transaction

        Move in and celebrate
