What does being a CDPE mean?
With millions of distressed properties on the market, qualified real estate agents are needed now more than ever to help distressed sellers sell their properties and move on with their lives. As a graduate of the Distressed Property Institute's Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) program, I have the expertise and knowledge to help sellers decide how to best handle their distressed property issues. Like every real estate transaction, each distressed property sale is unique, with the added complexity of having to work with multiple lending institutions to resolve the home sale.
